    What's the best time to arrive?
    Parking opens at 9:00am . Gates open at 10:00 A.M. Please try and carpool.
    What time does it end? The festival ends before 11:00 P.M.
    What charity is the money going to? Who are they?

    I'm a photographer. Who do I arrange a photo pass through?

    How can I get information on having a booth there?

    Are you hiring people to work or volunteer at the event?
    Not at this time. If anything opens up we'll post it here on our website.

    Can I pass out flyers inside? Outside?
    Sure.

    Can I bring a chair or blanket inside the festival? What kind of chair is OK?
    Blankets and small folding camping or beach chairs will be OK in designated area's of the Festival. Sorry but NO poolside lounges, lazy boys, banquet or folding metal chairs allowed. See examples below:

    Are strollers allowed into the venue?
    Yes if it is for an infant/toddler.

    Will backpacks be allowed?
    A medium backpack will be allowed. A medium backpack should be no bigger than 20" tall, 15" wide and 9" thick packed. Bags will have to fit into a box of that size similar to the system used at Airports. If your bag doesn't fit in the box it won't be able to go inside the venue.

    Location: At Gate 1.All will call tickets to be picked up there only.

    Concert Gates
    Gates open at 10am Saturday morning (day of event). Your ticket is exchanged for a wristband when you arrive, which allows you in and out of the concert grounds whenever you like. Have an I. D. ready. Wristbands are used to identify adult and minor concert-goers. No bottles, cans, coolers, video cameras, beverages of any kind or umbrellas may be brought into the concert area. You will be asked to open bags for inspection.

    Parking
    On Site Parking
    Sweet Southern Music Festival™ has a 10-acre parking lot on site. Parking is $2/day at the event. No RESERVED parking. Only one motorized vehicle is allowed per campsite.

    Party with your bike...Motorcycle Parking is $5/day and located inside the concert grounds in a more secure area.

    General Rules

  • Pets are not allowed in the concert area or in the campgrounds. Please leave your pets at home.
  • No food, beverages, or coolers, no glass, umbrellas or video cameras allowed in the concert area.
  • This is a NO-ALCOHOL event. There will be no sales of alcohol at this event and no alcohol will be allowed in the parking lot, campsites or concert area.
  • Absolutely NO GUNS allowed on the property with or without a permit. No weapons, fireworks, golf carts, all terrain vehicles (ATV), or cruising on motorcycles and vehicles, in the concert area or campgrounds.
  • The Sweet Southern Music Festival™ and its Sponsors are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, personal injury, theft, loss, or damage to personal property.
  • Persons engaging in violent, obscene or unruly behavior will be immediately ejected from the concert site, campgrounds, or parking lots, and may be subject to arrest. No refunds will be given for tickets or camping permits.
  • Security provided by Sweet Southern Music Festival™ and County Law Enforcement Officers. Please treat them with respect.

  • Rain Or Shine
    In the event of inclement weather the show will be interrupted, and resume again as soon as weather permits. Tickets are sold on a "rain or shine" basis, and no refunds will be given for delays or cancellations due to bad weather.

    Tickets
    There will be a limited Number of 5,000 Tickets Sold!
    Tickets will be available at the event if they haven't sold out. Tickets will be sold for cash only. Please see our Ticket Info Page for complete ticketing information.
    Ticket Prices will be $25 for general admission. Ask about our VIP tickets.
    Ticket outlet locations will be posted as soon as we have that information. If you'd like to sell tickets at your business location let us know.
    Camping Information
    Camping Facilities
    Camping is a major part of the Sweet Southern Music Festival experience.

    Reserved Campgrounds
    Reserved camping allows people to choose their individually numbered campsite. Reserved camping allows for groups that camp together to arrive at different times. Many people also take advantage of our "Reclaim Your Campsite" offer to keep their same reserved campsite each year. If you plan on camping, especially with a group, please reserve your campsites early by calling 1-706-235-3475.



    Arriving
  • For campers planning on arriving the night before the event, the campgrounds open on Friday at 8:00 A.M.
  • To camp, you must be at least 18 years old or you must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and have a photo ID on you at all times - NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Everyone arriving in a vehicle to camp at the site must have a camping pass or they will need to purchase one at the gate when they arrive.
  • Upon arrival camping passes will be exchanged for camping wristbands, which allows you to enter the campgrounds throughout the event. ONLY PEOPLE WITH CAMPING WRISTBANDS ARE ALLOWED IN CAMPGROUNDS
  • BRING YOUR I.D. - Wristbands are used to identify adult and minor patrons.
  • People who want to camp together in one of our General Campgrounds should arrive together. Camping units are parked in the next available space, and campsites cannot be "saved" for late arrivals.
  • You must arrive with your camping vehicle. Rental units cannot be "dropped off". ONLY ONE MOTORIZED VEHICLE PER CAMPSITE.
  • Excessive noise is never allowed in any campground. ALL GENERATORS MUST BE SHUT OFF BY 2:00 AM - NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • No open fires in the campgrounds are allowed with the exception of those in a self-contained ring.
  • No golf carts or all terrain vehicles (ATV's) are allowed on the site. If you bring one, it will be corralled for the weekend and you can pick it up when you leave.
  • YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE CAMPGROUND OR CONCERT AREA IF YOU BRING YOUR PET.
  • No kegs, beer bongs, drugs, weapons or Ryder type vans allowed in campgrounds.
  • No beverages in glass containers may be brought into the campgrounds.All campers must check in by 10:00 pm each day. Anyone entering the campgrounds after 10:00pm must have camping wrist band and if driving, must have a vehicle permit to enter.
